Description
Many months after the Excavator complex was constructed, disputes continued over which faction would hold exclusive mining rights to the facility. Due to the cost of additional improvements that had been made to the complex, a decision was made to halt Warfare operations on the small island. Henceforth, monthly Capture-the-Flag competitions would determine mining rights for the entire month. Since the formal treaty allowed for the use of vehicles in Capture-the-Flag contests, enterprising factions naturally upped the ante by purchasing a high-powered Leviathan for their forces to use against their adversaries.
