Many months after the Excavator<\/a> complex was constructed, disputes continued over which faction would hold exclusive mining rights to the facility. Due to the cost of additional improvements that had been made to the complex, a decision was made to halt Warfare operations on the small island. Henceforth, monthly Capture-the-Flag competitions would determine mining rights for the entire month. Since the formal treaty allowed for the use of vehicles in Capture-the-Flag contests, enterprising factions naturally upped the ante by purchasing a high-powered Leviathan for their forces to use against their adversaries.<\/p>\n
